About the role

What You’ll Do

  • Qualify leads through cold calling, emailing, and digital outreach aligned with Bhanzu’s business model.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
  • Support senior management in preparing business plans, proposals, and presentations for client meetings.
  • Manage CRM databases meticulously to track leads, communications, and sales pipeline progress.
  • Assist in contract negotiations and due diligence processes to close deals smoothly.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Represent Bhanzu’s brand and values as a proactive ambassador in all client interactions.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1‑3 years experience in business development, sales, or client‑facing roles, preferably in international or ROW markets.
  • Strong communication skills with an ability to engage confidently with diverse clients.
