Are you an experienced recruiter based in South Africa with a deep understanding of the UK recruitment landscape? Our client, a highly respected and fast-paced UK recruitment agency, is seeking a driven Internal Recruiter to join their team remotely.

About the Role:

As the Internal Recruiter, you'll be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and securing top-tier recruitment professionals for a variety of roles across the UK. Youll partner closely with hiring managers, identify talent through creative sourcing strategies, and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

What Were Looking For:

Proven experience recruiting within or into the UK recruitment sector

Strong understanding of UK recruitment practices, compliance, and culture

Based in South Africa and comfortable working UK hours

Self-motivated, well-organised, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment A high standard of professionalism and delivery
