We are looking for a dynamic Internet Sales Manager to lead and manage direct sales operations The role involves driving revenue growth through direct customer engagement managing the sales team and ensuring smooth execution of both internet-based and field sales strategies
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies for direct channels
- Manage guide and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Handle inquiries and ensure timely follow-up with customers via calls emails chat and in-person meetings
- Oversee online listings digital promotions and e-commerce transactions
- Conduct direct marketing activities such as field visits campaigns and client meetings
- Analyze sales performance prepare reports and suggest improvements to achieve targets
- Collaborate with marketing for online promotions lead generation and offline campaigns
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business
- Stay updated with market trends competitor strategies and customer needs
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle escalations efficiently
Requirements
- 12th Diploma
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business or related field
- MBA preferred
- 0-5 years of proven experience in internet sales direct sales or business development
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Excellent communication negotiation and presentation abilities
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms CRM tools and digital marketing basics
- Target-driven self-motivated and adaptable to fieldwork and digital sales operations
