About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Martech Specialist with strong expertise in CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Personalization, and AI-driven marketing technologies.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing Martech ecosystems, identifying capability gaps, and designing data-driven customer engagement strategies for enterprise clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate client capabilities across CRM, CDP, personalization, and data activation
- Conduct Martech stack assessments and maturity evaluations
- Analyze customer data flows, segmentation strategies, and campaign effectiveness
- Identify opportunities for AI-enabled marketing and personalization
- Design omnichannel personalization strategies (web, mobile, email, paid media)
- Develop Martech transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
- Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder presentations
- Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.)
- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools and campaign orchestration
- Experience in personalization and customer journey mapping
- Exposure to AI/ML use cases in marketing
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
