About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Martech Specialist with strong expertise in CRM, Customer Data Platforms (CDP), Personalization, and AI-driven marketing technologies.

The ideal candidate will play a key role in assessing Martech ecosystems, identifying capability gaps, and designing data-driven customer engagement strategies for enterprise clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Evaluate client capabilities across CRM, CDP, personalization, and data activation
  • Conduct Martech stack assessments and maturity evaluations
  • Analyze customer data flows, segmentation strategies, and campaign effectiveness
  • Identify opportunities for AI-enabled marketing and personalization
  • Design omnichannel personalization strategies (web, mobile, email, paid media)
  • Develop Martech transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
  • Facilitate client workshops and stakeholder presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing, data, and technology teams

Required Skills

  • Strong expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce, Adobe, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP)
  • Knowledge of marketing automation tools and campaign orchestration
