About the Role

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Web Developer with 3–5 years of experience to join our growing digital team. This is a full-time remote position (India-based) requiring overlap with US Eastern Time (EST) working hours.
You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing websites that are not only visually compelling but also built for SEO performance, AI discoverability, and exceptional user experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive websites using: WordPress, Wix, and Squarespace
• Independently manage full website builds—from concept to launch
• Optimize websites for:
  • AI search & citation readiness (LLM visibility, structured content)
  • Performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals
• Use Canva to create: Website banners, visuals, and basic video assets
• Ensure websites are mobile-first, accessible, and user-friendly
• Collaborate with marketing and content teams for optimization and updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands‑on web development experience
• WordPress (themes, plugins, builders like Elementor/Divi)
• AI‑driven search trends and content structuring
• Experience with SEO tools such as:
  • Google Analytics (GA4)
  • Google Search Console
  • Google Tag Manager
• HTML, CSS, basic JavaScript
• Website performance optimization techniques
• Experience with:
  • Responsive design and UX/UI best practices
  • Ability to create visual assets using tools like Canva (or similar)
  • Basic React / modern frontend frameworks
  • API integrations and automation tools (Zapier, Make, etc.)
  • AI SEO / LLM optimization (schema, semantic structuring, FAQs)
• Experience with A/B testing tools
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field or equivalent diploma/certification with relevant experience
• Full‑time role (not part‑time or freelance)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• A portfolio of websites you have independently designed/developed
• A brief cover letter highlighting your experience and approach to SEO + UX‑driven web development
