About the role

As an individual supporting Due Diligence, Sector Coverage, and Business Development, your responsibilities will include:

- Assisting the team in conducting financial and commercial due diligence for clients, involving analysis and interpretation of financial statements, preparation of trading and transaction comparables, financial modeling, valuations, and benchmarking for companies. - Collaborating with the team in engaging in business development activities to connect with potential clients. - Compiling internal documents, memos, and pitches for potential deal scenarios, incorporating strong qualitative and quantitative analysis. - Building a comprehensive knowledge base on specific verticals and businesses to help identify key trends, drivers, and future trajectories. - Conducting in-depth research from various sources such as databases, analyst coverages, industry reports, and company reports.

Your role will also involve deal execution tasks such as:

- Creating collateral materials like detailed financial models, investor memoranda, valuation materials, and data books with thorough analysis and insights. - Managing the due diligence process and establishing relationships with client representatives. - Supporting the senior team in coordinating deal activities and monitoring the portfolio.

To excel in this position, you should possess:

- Prior experience in Private Credit or related financial services, with a minimum of 1 year. CA candidates are preferred. - Self-driven with a high energy level, commitment to excellence, accountability, and an entrepreneurial mindset. - Proficiency in written and spoken English.
