Babbi is a historic reality specialized in the international production and marketing of confectionery and ice cream products. The Company is located in Bertinoro (FC) and from there distributes its products in Italy and worldwide.

To strengthen the ICT area, we are looking for a new resource with skills in management.

Position

The figure sought will join the ICT area with a focus on company management systems (ERP) and integrated processes, supporting the various company functions (production, logistics, administration, sales).

Responsibilities

• Analysis of business flows and processes in the management area.
• Support, assistance, and training for internal users.
• Management and evolutionary development of ERP systems and related applications.
• Support on Business Intelligence and CRM tools.
• Collaboration with the ICT team and function managers for the optimization of information systems.

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in industrial contexts.
• Knowledge of integrated management systems (ERP).
• Ability to analyze business processes.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Knowledge of the English language.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Business Intelligence (e.g., Qlik).
• Knowledge of CRM / Sales Force Automation tools.
• Skills in document archiving (e.g., ARXivar).
• Knowledge of databases (MS SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
