IT Business Analyst – Dynamics 365

About the Role

Telecon is seeking a motivated and career oriented individual to join our growing team as an IT Business Analyst – Dynamics 365.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, the IT Business Analyst – Dynamics 365 plays a critical role in Telecon’s digital transformation by supporting the evolution and optimization of the Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. The role acts as a key liaison between business groups and the Information Technology team and actively contributes to the definition, design, and continuous improvement of D365 F&O–enabled business solutions.

This full-time hybrid role is mostly remote, with only one in-office day every two weeks at our office located on Decarie Blvd. It offers a flexible health insurance plan and employer contributions to an RRSP starting from day one of employment, as well as opportunities for growth and professional development.

The position requires proficiency in both French and English in order to support French- and English-speaking clients. The role involves daily communication, both written and spoken, in both languages.

You Will Have the Opportunity To

• Elicit and document requirements; assess impacts with Procurement, Fleet, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Act as functional reference for D365 F&O Procurement & Sourcing and Asset Management.
• Translate business requirements into D365 functional behavior, including configuration, purchasing policies, approval workflows, and asset lifecycle management.
• Perform fit/gap and define configuration, policies, and approval workflows.
• Analyze, document, and improve processes from purchase requisition through purchase order, including purchases related to capital and operational assets.
• Support Source-to-Pay and asset lifecycle processes; ensure cross process integration with Finance.
• Collaborate with the D365 Product Owner, IT teams, external partners, and application support.
• Work in close collaboration with Telecon’s D365 system integrator (Microsoft Gold Partner) to support solution design, validate functional decisions, and ensure alignment with D365 best practices.
• Contribute to backlog quality, SIT/UAT validation, training, and adoption.
• Drive continuous improvement.

This Role Is For You If You Have These Skills and Qualities

• Bachelor’s degree (Business/IT) or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in business and/or functional analysis (enterprise systems).
• Hands‑on experience with D365 Finance & Operations (or Dynamics AX).
• Strong knowledge of Procurement / Source-to-Pay and Asset Management processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Bilingualism (French/English) is an asset.
• Knowledge of Dynamics 365 Field Service and/or Project Operations.
• Agile methods; tools such as Azure DevOps or Monday.com.
