Responsibilities

As an experienced IT Cloud Engineer Modern Workplace (m/f) with expertise in client engineering, you will take responsibility for exciting and demanding customer projects at our partner, being directly involved from consulting to implementation. This includes many new Microsoft 365 and Azure projects that you will build.

Your new tasks include:

Engineering:

• You are responsible for engineering in the areas of Microsoft Client Infrastructure and Digital Workplace for medium-sized to large clients to ensure an optimal IT environment.

Client Management:

• You operate and optimize client management solutions, including Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, and ensure their smooth operation.

Error Analysis and Support:

• You analyze disturbances and error states in 3rd Level Support, initiate appropriate measures for resolution, and monitor their implementation.

Further Training:

• You continuously educate yourself to stay up-to-date with the latest technology and expand your skills.

Innovations:

• You actively participate in the development of new concepts, ideas, and tools to create innovative solutions for our customers.

Profile

Education:

• You have a solid IT education in the field of system technology.

Professional Experience:

• You have been working as a Cloud Engineer for several years, preferably with an IT service provider or in a larger IT department of a company.

Client Management Expertise:

• You have comprehensive knowledge in operating client management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager.

Technical Skills:

• You have very good knowledge in the area of client operating systems, especially Windows 11, as well as in the administration of GPOs and Active Directory.

Additional Knowledge:

• Experience in packaging with SCCM is a plus.

Language Skills:

• You speak fluent German and have good to very good English skills, which facilitates communication in an international environment.
