IT Engineer (Cloud, DevOps & AI) - Immediate Joiners Only

We are supporting a fast-growing, technology-first organization building next-generation digital products powered by AI, Cloud, and Data.

We are looking for a Head of IT who can lead both corporate IT infrastructure and DevOps capabilities, while driving an AI-first technology mindset across the organization.

This role requires a leader who can balance internal IT operations, cloud infrastructure, security, and scalable engineering practices in a high-growth environment.

Key Responsibilities

Corporate IT & Infrastructure • Own and manage end-to-end corporate IT operations including internal systems, networks, devices, and security • Oversee cloud hosting environments (AWS / GCP / Azure) ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost optimization • Implement and maintain IT governance, compliance, and security best practices

DevOps & Engineering Enablement • Build and lead DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code • Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of production systems • Work closely with Engineering teams to enable efficient and reliable product delivery

AI-First Technology Enablement • Drive adoption of AI tools, automation, and intelligent workflows across engineering and business functions • Support teams in integrating AI/ML capabilities into products and internal processes • Stay ahead of emerging technologies and bring innovation into the tech stack

Security & Compliance • Ensure data security, privacy, and regulatory compliance across all systems • Implement robust access controls, monitoring, and incident response frameworks

Leadership & Strategy • Define and execute the IT and infrastructure roadmap aligned with business growth • Build and lead a high-performing IT & DevOps team • Partner with leadership on technology strategy, scalability, and cost efficiency

What We’re Looking For • 10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure, Cloud, and DevOps leadership roles • Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) • Deep understanding of DevOps practices, CI/CD, automation, and infrastructure as code • Exposure to AI/ML tools, platforms, or AI-driven workflows • Strong knowledge of security, compliance, and IT governance frameworks • Experience in high-growth startups or tech-driven environments is highly preferred • Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment
