Your Responsibilities

• Okta & SSO: You are responsible for and further develop our central authentication services and SSO solutions.
• MFA & Passwordless: You implement adaptive MFA policies and drive modern standards like WebAuthnn/FIDO2 (Passwordless).
• Identity Automation: You automate the Joiner-Mover-Leaver processes (JML) and connect new systems (based on Omada Identity).
• Governance & PAM: You control re-certifications and secure privileged accounts (PAM).
• Integration & Support: You synchronize directory services and support the analysis of identity attacks.
• Compliance: You create reports for audits and document identity risks.

Your Profile

• IDaaS Expertise: You have sound knowledge in Okta (Workflows, MFA) or comparable solutions.
• Protocols: You are proficient in using SAML 2.0, OIDC, and OAuth 2.0.
• Tool-Stack: You have experience with IGA platforms (e.g., Omada Identity) and Directory Services (e.g., AD, Google Directory or Entra ID).
• Automation: You master at least one scripting language (e.g., Powershell) and have sound knowledge of working with APIs.
• Soft Skills: You work in a process-oriented manner, think analytically, and act diplomatically towards user needs.
• Languages: You communicate fluently in German and proficiently in English.

Recruiting Process

• Does your profile fit? Then things can move quickly, as our aim is to reach a contract agreement within a short period.
• After reviewing your documents, there will be a phone call for initial clarifications and appointment scheduling.
• This will be followed by a video call with Urs Marti, our Team Lead IT Integration & Security/Lead Engineer IT Security, for an initial technical discussion (duration approx. 45 to 60 minutes).
• In the next step, you will get to know us on-site.
• And then, ideally, the contract offer will follow.
