The IT Integration & Security team acts as a central interface for the secure networking of the corporate landscape, combining technical integration with the best possible protection. We ensure the seamless integration of systems, manage identities and access rights, and proactively protect the IT infrastructure from threats. Our goal is stable, compliance-compliant, and trustworthy business processes.

Responsibilities
- EDR/XDR Management: You optimize our Crowdstrike environment and ensure the operational support of all services.
- Monitoring & Hunting: You monitor alert sources and secure their logs (SIEM, Cloud). You proactively search for threats (Threat Hunting) and identify monitoring patterns and baselines (Anomaly Detection).
- Incident Response: You take technical lead in security incidents and coordinate external partners (MSSP).
- Forensics: You conduct post-mortem analyses, clarify root causes, and secure evidence.
- Remediation: You prepare recommendations for action after incidents and close vulnerabilities together with the engineers.
- Compliance & Risk: You document incidents for Risk Management and support audits.
Qualifications
- Security Expertise: You have experience with EDR solutions (ideally Crowdstrike), SIEM, and log analysis.
- Forensics Know-how: You master forensic tools and the analysis of network traffic and event logs.
- IT Fundamentals: You have good knowledge of Windows and Linux internals as well as cloud services (preferably AWS).
- Soft Skills: You are resilient in incident situations, think analytically, and work extremely precisely.
- Discretion: You communicate precisely and confidentially according to the need-to-know principle.
- Languages: You communicate fluently in German and proficiently in English.
Recruiting Process

- After reviewing your documents, there will be a phone call for initial clarifications and to schedule an appointment.
- This will be followed by a video call with Urs Marti, our Team Lead IT Integration & Security/Lead Engineer IT Security, for an initial technical discussion (duration approx. 45 to 60 minutes).
- In the next step, you will get to know us on-site.
- And then, ideally, the contract offer will follow.
