Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Systems Administration or IT Infrastructure
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership or managerial role
• Strong experience with Red Hat Linux and Windows Server environments
• Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)
• Active Directory, DNS, DHCP administration
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, PowerShell, or Bash scripting)
• Knowledge of networking fundamentals (firewalls, VPNs, routing)
• Exposure to cybersecurity best practices and tools
• Prior experience in a managed services or consulting environment
• Excellent communication and team leadership skills
