Key Responsibilities: - Define and communicate the program vision, strategy, and objectives in alignment with organizational goals. - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within the program. - Coordinate and manage cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution. - Develop and maintain program plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. - Identify and manage program risks, dependencies, and issues, ensuring timely resolution. - Monitor program performance and metrics, providing regular updates to senior management and stakeholders. - Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders. - Facilitate program governance meetings and decision-making processes. - Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and regulatory requirements. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement and best practices within the program. - Serve as the first escalation point when issues arise within the PCI space. - Communicate the importance of and drive the team's compliance with Cigna policies and procedures.

Qualifications Required: - Qualified candidates will typically have 13 - 16 years of professional IT work experience and managing projects/initiatives. - A Master's degree or Agile certification is a plus. - Cyber Security experience background is mandatory.
