IT Project Manager

Job Summary

The IT Project Manager will plan, execute, and oversee IT initiatives, including software implementation, systems integration, network upgrades, cybersecurity projects, and educational technology deployments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Manage implementation of school ERP, portals, and digital tools.
• Coordinate with vendors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular status reports.
• Identify and mitigate project risks.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Lead user testing, training, and change management.
• Oversee cybersecurity and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Document project outcomes and lessons learned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT project management.
• Proven success delivering enterprise technology projects.
• Strong knowledge of networking, systems, databases, and cloud services.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications

• Project Management Institute PMP Certification
• PRINCE2
• Scrum Master Certification

Preferred Experience

• Education technology and school management systems.
• Cybersecurity and infrastructure management.
