IT Project Manager - Business Applications & ERP (60-80%) (m/f/d)

Role:

Do you want to not only operate systems but also actively shape the digital further development of an educational organization? In this role, you will take responsibility for central business applications and accompany both ongoing operations and strategic further developments. You will coordinate external partners, manage requirements, and be a central interface between IT, specialist departments, and manufacturers.

Responsibilities:

• Representation of the responsible person for ERP and administrative software, including operation and further development
• Analysis, prioritization, and coordination of support and change requests
• Management of implementation together with external specialists and software manufacturers
• Processing of support and further development requests in conjunction with IT support and partners
• Management of projects in the area of system replacement and further development (e.g., campus systems)
• Support of digital platforms in the web and application environment, including requirements gathering and coordination of external service providers
• Support of IT management in digital transformation projects

Qualifications:

• You have experience as a Product Owner, IT Project Manager, or Application Manager in the field of business or ERP systems
• You are familiar with modern platforms such as Tocco, Entra, Azure, ZITADEL, or Moodle, or can quickly familiarize yourself with new systems
• You work in a structured, precise manner and approach challenges in a solution-oriented way
• You possess high social competence and strong organizational skills
• You communicate confidently and clearly in German, have good English skills, and ideally French skills
• You enjoy working in a team and move confidently between specialist departments, IT, and external partners
