Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of hands‑on experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Proven expertise in ServiceNow development, including:
  • Strong proficiency in ITSM and ITOM modules.
  • Solid experience with integration knowledge.
  • Deep understanding of catalog development.
  • Experience with ServiceNow APIs (REST, SOAP) and integration spokes.
  • Good knowledge of Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, and scripting (server‑side, client‑side).
  • Experience with notifications, Flow Designer, and custom implementations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a rapid‑paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and deploy high‑quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Perform complex customizations and configurations within ServiceNow.
• Integrate ServiceNow with other enterprise systems using APIs and Mid Server.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and other developers to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure solutions are aligned with security best practices and data governance policies.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to coding standards.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
