IT-System Analyst (a) 80 – 100 %

You will ensure the stable, secure, and scalable operation of our central IT infrastructure and consistently develop it further in a modern hybrid environment – with a focus on automation, standardization, and future viability:

Responsibilities

• Engineering, operation, and further development of hybrid IT infrastructures
• Design, implementation, and operation of platforms in the Microsoft environment (Azure, Microsoft 365, Entra Intune) as well as setup and operation of system landscapes
• Ensuring system availability, performance, and analysis and sustainable resolution of complex issues in 2nd and 3rd level support
• Automation of operational processes, as well as ensuring the integration of systems and services into the existing IT landscape
• Participation in architectural decisions as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies, tools, and platforms
• Continuous development and knowledge transfer within the team and the company

What You Bring

• Completed education in the IT field and several years of experience in the operation and engineering of IT infrastructures
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft technologies, particularly Azure, Entra, Intune, and Microsoft 365
• Sound know-how in Windows Server, virtualization, network, and security, as well as experience with automation and scripting (Power Shell)
• Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
• Proactive personality with outstanding problem-solving skills
• You communicate clearly and understandably, even with non-technical stakeholders
