Your Tasks

• Support, maintenance, and upkeep of the entire IT infrastructure (On Prem)
• Administration and maintenance of cloud environments (Azure, Office 365)
• Technical support and consulting for project teams and stakeholders
• Monitoring and optimization of IT security in collaboration with our CDC partner
• Independent planning, scheduling, testing, and implementation of new solutions
• Appropriate creation of concepts and execution of current IT projects; conceptual work for future IT solutions
• Technical support for the Helpdesk team

Your Profile

• Completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist EFZ (System Technology) or several years of proven professional experience
• Higher vocational training (certificate, HF or FH) and ideally current Microsoft certifications
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Domain Services, Azure Services, and Office 365
• Good knowledge of system, network, and IT security topics
• Confident use of common scripting languages for automation and optimization of processes
• Quick comprehension, solution- and service-oriented as well as independent working style
• Confident demeanor, high commitment and social competence, and enjoyment of teamwork
