IT Systems Engineer Endpoint Management

Your role in the team

• Operation & further development of our endpoint management platforms (Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, Co-Management/SCCM).
• Creation, maintenance, and rollout of device configurations, compliance policies, app deployments, and security policies.
• Management of the complete lifecycle: provisioning, packaging, patch management, and automation (PowerShell/Proactive Remediations).
• Close collaboration with Security (Defender, Conditional Access, CIS Controls) and other IT teams.
• Analysis, optimization, and documentation of processes as well as implementation of standards and best practices.
• Support for internal departments and technical enablement of IT support.

Our expectations:

Qualifications

• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Windows Autopilot, ConfigMgr/Co-Management.
• In-depth knowledge of MDM/MAM strategies, Apple & Android management.
• Understanding of security frameworks (e.g., CIS Controls) and modern Zero Trust concepts.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.
• Structured, independent working style and strong communication skills.

Experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Endpoint Management within enterprise environments.
• Experience with PowerShell automation, packaging, and update management.
