Requirements & Qualifications

Experience

• 12+ years of IT experience with at least 8 years in Azure-focused roles.
• Proven track record in delivering complex Azure cloud migrations and integrations in enterprise environments.
• Experience delivering at least 3 large-scale Azure implementations (e.g., Data Warehouse modernization, App Service migration, Integration Hubs).

Certifications

• Minimum of 3 Azure certifications, such as:
  • Azure Solutions Architect Expert
  • Azure DevOps Engineer Expert
  • Azure Data Engineer / Administrator / Security Engineer
• PMP certification – Preferred
• Scaled Agile (SAFe) certification – Preferred

Technical Skills

• Azure Services: Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Azure SQL, Synapse Analytics, Azure Data Factory
• Infrastructure as Code: ARM Templates, Bicep, Terraform
• CI/CD: Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions
• Monitoring & Logging: Azure Monitor, Log Analytics
• Identity & Security: Microsoft Entra ID
• Cloud Architecture & Integration Patterns

Analytical & Communication Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Proven team leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making in high-pressure environments
• Ability to manage cross-functional and distributed teams
