About the role
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from requirement gathering to offer rollout.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand business and technical hiring needs.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate technical interviews and follow up on feedback.
- Drive salary negotiations and close positions within defined timelines.
- Maintain candidate pipeline and talent database.
- Ensure excellent candidate experience and employer branding.
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, offer-to-join ratio, etc.).
Required Skills
- Few years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience hiring for IT / technical roles (preferred).
- Ability to handle multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Strong negotiation and closure skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with ATS tools.
- Exposure to campus hiring / lateral hiring.
- Knowledge of recruitment analytics and reporting.
