What We're Looking For

• You have a successfully completed degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a similar field.
• First practical experience with public clouds (AWS, Azure, or GCP), e.g., from internships, university, or personal projects (certificates are a plus).
• First exposure to Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Pulumi) or an interest in learning it.
• Interest in DevOps, automation, agile methods, and modern cloud architectures.
• Enthusiasm for project work and teamwork: You enjoy working in a structured way on diverse tasks, finding solutions through collaboration with colleagues and clients, and are not afraid to take on active client contact – including on-site at projects.
• Very good German and English skills, as well as willingness to travel occasionally, for example, to cross-site team events or client appointments.

What is particularly important to us: You have a real desire to delve deeply into cloud topics and are enthusiastic about technology and clever problem-solving. You will learn the rest with us – with structured onboarding, personal mentoring, and targeted certifications!

Responsibilities

• Participation in the implementation, operation, and automation of cloud environments for our clients.
• Support in the design of cloud architectures, workflows, and deployments.
• Involvement in projects related to containers, IaC (Infrastructure as Code), monitoring, security, and cost optimization.
• Close collaboration with experienced cloud engineers and consultants.
• Taking on smaller technical work packages and assisting with the documentation of architectural and process decisions.
• Regular and systematic (external and internal) training opportunities, such as certifications.
• Access to cross-industry projects (large and medium-sized companies from banking, insurance, automotive, retail, etc.).
• Work in an open, flat environment, within a broad Reply network for knowledge exchange.
