You already have initial experience in IT support or system administration and want to take the next step towards Cloud, Modern Workplace, and System Engineering?

For a technology company in the Baden/Winterthur region, I am looking for a motivated individual who enjoys hands-on work, takes responsibility, and wants to develop professionally.

What to expect

In this role, you will operate in a modern Microsoft environment and support the operation and further development of the internal IT infrastructure.

You will work with, among others:

• Microsoft Windows 10/11
• Microsoft 365
• Azure and Azure Active Directory
• Intune / Endpoint Manager
• SCCM
• Clients, notebooks, peripherals, and cloud-based workplace solutions

You will not only be involved in support but will also have the opportunity to increasingly develop towards System Engineering, Cloud, and Modern Workplace step by step.

What you ideally bring

• Computer Science EFZ or at least 3 years of experience in 1st / 2nd Level Support
• Solid foundations in network, Active Directory and Microsoft technologies
• First touchpoints with M365, Azure, Intune or Endpoint Management
• Structured, service-oriented way of working
• Desire to learn new things and take responsibility
