Key Learning Areas and Responsibilities

• Assisting senior data scientists in data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
• Performing data cleaning and preprocessing to ensure data quality and integrity.
• Conducting exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies.
• Learning to build and evaluate machine learning models for various applications, such as classification, regression, and clustering.
• Developing data visualizations to communicate findings effectively to technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Collaborating on data‑driven projects from conception to deployment.
• Participating in team meetings, knowledge‑sharing sessions, and ongoing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Prior exposure to programming languages (Python or R) and basic understanding of statistical concepts (preferred).
• Strong problem‑solving abilities, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude towards learning.
• Self‑discipline, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively within a virtual team environment.
