Responsibilities

• Collaborate with senior data scientists and consultants to identify client needs and develop data‑driven solutions
• Collect, clean, and analyze large and complex datasets using statistical methods and machine learning techniques
• Communicate findings and recommendations to clients through data visualizations and presentations
• Work on multiple projects concurrently, managing time and prioritizing tasks effectively
• Continuously learn and stay up‑to‑date with industry advancements in data science and related technologies
• Assist in developing proposals and contributing to the growth of the AIM Reply

About the Candidate

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or data science
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in statistical analysis and machine learning
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus
• Ability to work in a team‑oriented and client‑focused environment
