Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Designer located in Jaipur. The Junior Designer will assist in creating innovative and unique designs for men’s accessories, ensuring alignment with the brand's aesthetic and values. Daily tasks include brainstorming, sketching concepts, researching, and refining designs based on feedback. The candidate will contribute to researching trends, maintaining quality standards, and supporting the team in developing new product lines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in design tools and software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar platforms. • Strong skills in sketching, ideation, and creating innovative design concepts. • Understanding of current design trends, materials, and techniques related to men’s accessories. • Ability to collaborate effectively with teams and artisans to transform designs into final products. • Attention to detail, creativity, and an ability to maintain quality in all design elements. • Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Product Design, or a related field is preferred. • Prior experience in accessory design or luxury product design is a plus. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
