  • Execute high energy B2C activations including community events and pop up experiences Manage creative workflows to turn conceptual ideas into structured and high performing marketing output
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align brand messaging with operational goals
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance to refine future strategies
  • Oversee the brand voice across multiple digital channels to ensure consistency and engagement

Requirements

  • Hold 3 to 5 years of professional marketing experience with a focus on B2C growth
  • Demonstrate a genuine passion for the wellness and lifestyle industry
  • Possess exceptional organizational skills with a deep obsession for detail
  • Show a proven track record of managing projects from the initial brief through to final execution Exhibit strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment Experience in event coordination or physical brand activations is a significant advantage
