Job Title: Junior Operations Engineer

Location: Oregun, Ikeja, Lagos

Salary: ₦200,000 (Net Monthly)

Role Summary

Provides structured operational and administrative support to the engineering and systems function, ensuring accurate documentation, efficient workflow tracking, and effective coordination across cross-functional teams. The role supports production costing, inventory oversight, and process discipline, enabling seamless execution of engineering and operational activities. Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage costing documentation for production jobs and project estimates • Track engineering projects, production timelines, and workflow progress across teams • Support inventory monitoring, material usage tracking, and procurement coordination • Prepare technical reports, summaries, and internal documentation • Ensure proper filing, version control, and organisation of technical documents and SOPs • Coordinate activities across engineering, operations, and procurement teams to ensure alignment

Job Requirements

• HND/BSc in Engineering or a related quantitative discipline • 0–2 years’ experience in operations support, engineering services, or a manufacturing environment • NYSC completion is mandatory • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and spreadsheet-based analysis • Basic working knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
