Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Junior Program Manager to help with the execution, coordination, and delivery of complex projects and partner initiatives. This role is a blend of project management skills and a passion for building collaborative relationships. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional to gain hands‑on experience in the B2B marketing industry.
Responsibilities
- Program Execution & Tracking: Support the creation of project plans and detailed specifications and actively maintain project trackers and documentation.
- Team & Resource Coordination: Assist cross‑functional teams with coordination and resource monitoring to ensure the timely delivery of program components.
- Data & Reporting Support: Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure campaign success.
- Partner & Customer Support: Assist in creating and managing partner programs, including organising training and resources. Monitor and analyse basic partner performance metrics and assist in gathering feedback from partners and customers.
- Tools & Data Management: Contribute to the maintenance and updating of marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM, marketing automation). Maintain and build databases for internal use and market intelligence.
Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in project or program management.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience in a B2B role and tech industry exposure. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders are a must.
