Are you eager to work closely with senior leadership and contribute to the execution of strategic initiatives? In this dynamic role, you will support the CEO Office in driving key projects while gaining valuable insights into company-wide decision-making processes. As a Junior Project Manager, you will combine strong organizational skills with hands-on project execution and collaborate across multiple business functions.

Your contribution to our success

CEO Office Management Support

  • Organize and coordinate agendas, meetings, and follow-ups
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and decision-making materials
  • Track action items, deadlines, and priorities
  • Act as a key liaison between the CEO Office and internal stakeholders
  • Maintain structured documentation and project records

Strategic Project Coordination

  • Support the coordination of company-wide strategic initiatives
  • Align timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables across teams
  • Prepare status reports, dashboards, and management summaries
  • Support decision-making through data collection and analysis
  • Ensure alignment with strategic goals and milestones

Project Management & Execution

  • Plan, manage, and execute assigned projects from initiation to completion
  • Define project scope, timelines, resources, and risks
  • Coordinate internal and external stakeholders
  • Monitor progress, budget, and quality of deliverables
  • Identify risks and propose mitigation measures
  • Ensure timely delivery within scope and objectives

What you bring in

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 2–5 years of experience in project management, coordination, or consulting
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with a structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach
  • A confident manner and excellent communication skills when dealing with various stakeholders
  • High level of initiative, reliability, and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage priorities effectively
  • Capability to balance hands-on execution with strategic thinking
  • Advanced proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management tools
  • Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken (C1/C2)
  • High level of discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive and confidential information
  • Work location: 2-3 days per week in Andermatt, the remainder in Altdorf or remote work possible

Andermatt Swiss Alps, located in Andermatt, plans, builds and develops the year-round destination of Andermatt, with apartment buildings, hotels and villas in Andermatt Reuss. The Andermatt Swiss Alps Group also owns the hotels The Chedi Andermatt and Radisson Blu Reussen, an 18-hole, par-72 championship golf course and the Andermatt Concert Hall. A close partnership is in place with Andermatt-Sedrun Sport AG and its majority shareholder Vail Resorts, Inc.
