YOUR TASKS

The Digital Event & Guest Management team forms a solid foundation for several projects within our agency by utilizing our multifunctional event management software solutions across a variety of projects and events. Our service portfolio includes web-based guest management tools, guest apps, and ticketing software for partners such as adidas and Schaeffler.

As a Project Manager in this team, you will actively:

• Communicate. You are the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and responsible for the efficient and successful integration and development of the tool in projects. You collect all necessary requirements and advise to find the most suitable digital solution.
• Coordinate. You take care of the successful integration and development of the tool in projects and events while adhering to deadlines and budgets. You will implement the necessary processes within the software from briefing to go-live.
• Support Customers. Your tasks include developing concepts and strategies in collaboration with the customer.
• Manage Tool. In close cooperation with our colleagues and all involved stakeholders (main departments: Hospitality, Corporate Communications, Graphics, Brand Experiences, etc.), you set up the event management tool (website, registration forms, design, emails, etc.). You are responsible for creating a customized layout (frontend) of the tool according to the needs of the customers (knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage).
• Maintain Data. You are responsible for maintaining data sets and creating high-quality reports. Additionally, you create regular reports and post-project reports to inform all stakeholders.
• Optimize. You are interested in the latest digital and technical trends relevant to our business and develop potential business opportunities.

YOUR PROFILE

• Educated. You have a university degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or an equivalent qualification in Event or Project Management and at least 2-4 years of experience in the digital environment.
• Experienced. You have experience working with MS Excel and PowerPoint as well as web-based software solutions; Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage. Experience in event management, strategic planning, and budgeting or an equivalent combination of education and experience is a plus.
• Detail-Oriented. You act in a detail-oriented manner, enjoy working with data and figures, and can bring small details together into a complete picture.
• Strong Communicator. You can communicate well both orally and in writing (in German and English).
• Structured. You are organized and independent, strong in self-organization, time, and budget management.
