Junior QA MSAT engineer (m/f/x)

ABOUT THE JOB:

This role is ideal for candidates with up to 5 years of experience who are eager to grow into a future leadership position. The focus is on supporting operations and driving continuous improvement of manufacturing processes in a GMP-regulated environment.

Responsibilities:

• Creation and review of batch records
• Conducting risk assessments
• Supporting CAPA and change management activities
• Contributing to audit readiness and compliance topics
• End-to-end batch support throughout the manufacturing lifecycle
• Supporting the introduction of new products
• Participation in cleanroom training and GMP operations

ABOUT YOU:

• 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Strong interest in developing into a leadership role
• Solid understanding of GMP and compliance requirements
• Strong German language skills (at least comprehension required)
