Required Skills & Experience • Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and hiring best practices. • Hands-on experience in IT recruitment for India and regional hiring. • Good knowledge of the Indian recruitment process and hiring market. • Excellent sourcing skills using job boards, social media, networking, and Boolean search techniques. • Ability to research and recommend new channels for active and passive candidate recruitment. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams. • Hands-on experience with various selection processes, including phone screening, interview coordination, and reference checks. • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR/recruitment technologies. • Good analytical skills with the ability to track data and identify hiring trends. • Strong negotiation, time management, and candidate closure skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple requirements simultaneously. • Team handling/coordination exposure will be an added advantage.
