We are looking for you to support us in software development...

• You define work packages and estimate them
• You check milestones and work progress
• You plan resources and coordinate tasks
• You oversee changes and problems and communicate customer requirements to the team
• You present deliveries and work results
• You clarify technical questions with the developers

...and in the expansion of our business processes:

• You actively participate in the elaboration, e.g. according to international standards, customer specifications, agile approaches and Automotive SPICE®
• You optimize implementation in the project, e.g. through practice-oriented planning & change management

What we're looking for:

• A technical degree (such as mechatronics, computer science, or similar) or you convince us with your experience and enthusiasm for software development
• A good grasp of technical contexts, feasibility, effort, and the required quality
• A knack for organizing projects and practical experience from previous employment or free time activities
• Initiative and teamwork, a thorough and efficient way of working, as well as an open approach to dealing with problems
• Basic practical programming skills (in VBA, C/C++, Python, or another language)
• Very good German and good English skills
