We have established a passionate, creative, and motivated team, and we are looking for a dedicated Junior Technical Writer as part of our Documentation Department to help us document and maintain flight mission-critical software systems by making complex stuff sound simple.

What you bring

• You are an organized and detail-oriented personality
• You can understand and elaborate on complex matters in an appropriate language suitable to the target group (from an end-user to a software developer)
• You like to communicate with and between different departments
• Good command of English (spoken and written) – C1
• High-quality awareness, innovative and independent working style
• You are tech-savvy
• You are open-minded, and learning fast is your Superpower

Nice to have:

• You are familiar with AI tech integration

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Rewrite technical jargon and explanations into accessible and functional descriptions understandable for all levels of technical expertise
• Prepare release notes for major and interim software version releases
• Ensure the documents' accuracy and validity through continuous monitoring of internal work orders, software development activities, and customer requests
• Develop and maintain training materials/courses to support internal training programs across all stages of the employee lifecycle
• Integrating LLM Models into the documentation process
