We are looking for a versatile profile in technical writing and translation, coming from one path or the other and wishing to experiment with both roles during their work-study program.

Responsibilities

Within the Documentation team composed of 8 technical writers and translators, you will be involved in the following missions:

• Design, write, and update public service documentation (user guides, API documentation, tool documentation like Terraform, FAQs...) in English, within deadlines.
• Translate documentation into French, within deadlines.
• Ensure the pedagogical and editorial quality of the documentation, as well as its consistency.
• Participate in UX Writing and localization efforts for the services' web interfaces.
• Design, maintain, and improve linguistic resources (Translation Memories, terminology databases, QA checker, etc.).
• Participate in the development of the company's writing and translation standards, and maintain internal procedures.

Technical Environment

• Writing formats: Markdown, AsciiDoc, HTML, YAML
• Activity management: JIRA
• Collaborative work tool: Confluence, Figma
• Version and publication management: Git / GitLab
• Translation software (CAT): MemoQ

Education & Qualifications

• Higher education degree (Bac+5 level) in technical writing, translation, or equivalent.
• Perfect command of English and French, as well as a particular interest in IT, Cloud, and new technologies.
• You have initiative, are rigorous, curious, and enjoy teamwork.
• English: C1 level required
• French: Native or C2 level required

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of Git functionality
• Linux environment
• Knowledge of the OpenAPI standard
• CAT tools
• Interest in UX Writing, knowledge of internationalization
• Use of AI
