Property Solvers Real Estate LLC is hiring a Web & Digital Marketing Specialist who is sharp and ready to execute. This role is for someone with a do-it-now mindset. You will handle tasks across website development, graphic design, and content support. If you are someone who figures things out, applies new concepts immediately, meets deadlines without excuses, and brings fresh ideas to the table — you will grow very fast in this position.

Main Responsibilities

1. Website Management

• Manage and update the company website (Framer or WordPress)
• Create and update landing pages
• Ensure the website is functioning properly

2. Graphic Design

Create marketing visuals for:

• Social media
• Property campaigns
• Website graphics

3. Content Support

• Assist with basic copywriting and marketing content
• Handle marketing posters, engaging content, Ad scripts and designing promotional materials
• Collaborate closely with the videographer to ensure all content aligns with ongoing marketing campaigns
• Plan, schedule, and coordinate all required scripts for video shoots

4. SEO Support

• Assist in optimizing website pages for search engines
• Improve content and page structure for better rankings

5. Email Marketing

• Assist with email campaigns and newsletters and maintain email lists

Bonus Skills (Advantage)

Candidates with experience in the following will have an advantage:

• CRM systems (Bitrix24)
• Marketing automation

Qualifications

• Preferably Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering/Programming
• 1–2 years of experience in digital marketing and web development
