Role Description

Koderbox is seeking a Digital Marketing / SEO / Ads Manager for a full-time, remote position. This role involves designing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing search engine optimization (SEO) efforts, optimizing ad campaigns across various platforms, and tracking performance metrics to improve online visibility and conversions. The successful candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and effective campaigns.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Digital Marketing, including campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis
  • Strong expertise in Search Engine Optimization (SEO), keyword research, and on‑page and off‑page SEO practices
  • Experience managing and optimizing digital ad campaigns, including Google Ads and social media advertising
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data to generate meaningful insights for campaign improvement
  • Knowledge of content marketing strategies and ability to collaborate with content teams
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with marketing and analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other relevant platforms
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
  • Experience with startups, growth marketing, or related industries is an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute digital marketing strategies for Koderbox
  • Manage and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram) & Google Ads campaigns
  • Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies (On‑page & Off‑page)
  • Improve website ranking, traffic, and conversions
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPC, conversions, etc.)
  • Generate and manage leads for courses (Japanese, German, Coding, etc.)
  • Work on content strategy for social media and website
  • Stay updated with latest trends in digital marketing and ads
  • Coordinate with team for creatives, landing pages, and campaigns

Required Skills

  • Basic understanding of Digital Marketing / SEO / Paid Ads
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics
  • Good analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong communication skills (English/Hindi)
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt

Preferred (Good to Have)

  • Experience in EdTech marketing
  • Knowledge of landing page optimization
  • Understanding of CRM tools (like Zoho, HubSpot, etc.)
