Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of complex machine learning and deep learning models for various applications.
• Architect robust and scalable AI systems, ensuring performance, reliability, and efficiency.
• Mentor and guide junior and senior AI engineers, providing technical leadership and fostering their professional growth.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and other stakeholders to define AI strategies and roadmaps.
• Research and evaluate state‑of‑the‑art AI techniques, algorithms, and tools to identify opportunities for innovation.
• Oversee the entire ML lifecycle, from data preprocessing and feature engineering to model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Ensure the ethical and responsible development and deployment of AI systems.
• Contribute to the company's intellectual property through patents and publications.
• Develop and maintain high‑quality, well‑documented code in Python or other relevant languages.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and DL research and apply them to solve real‑world problems.

Qualifications

• Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
• Proven track record of leading AI/ML projects from conception to production.
• Extensive experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Strong proficiency in programming languages like Python, with experience in libraries like NumPy, Pandas, and Scikit‑learn.
• Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and data mining techniques.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote, fast‑paced environment.
• Published research in top‑tier AI/ML conferences or journals is a plus.
