Role: Lead AI/ML Engineer – Automation & Enablement

Overview

We are looking for a Lead AI/ML Engineer who can design, build, and operationalize AI‑driven automation workflows, while also mentoring and training other engineers. This role combines hands‑on delivery with technical leadership across the full SDLC, from design to cloud deployment.

Key Responsibilities • Lead the design and implementation of AI/ML and GenAI‑based automation workflows (including NLP, LLMs, and RAG where applicable). • Own the end‑to‑end SDLC: requirements, design, development, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support. • Architect and deploy solutions on cloud platforms (Azure preferred) with proper CI/CD, security, observability, and scalability. • Define reference architectures, reusable pipelines, and best practices for AI/ML automation. • Actively train, mentor, and upskill team members, enabling broader adoption of AI/ML capabilities across delivery teams. • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business problems into scalable AI‑driven solutions.

Required Skills & Experience • Strong hands‑on experience in AI/ML engineering, including model development, deployment, and lifecycle management. • Experience building automation workflows using AI/ML (e.g., intelligent decisions, predictions, NLP/LLM integration). • Solid proficiency in Python and/or modern frameworks (FastAPI/Flask), with experience exposing ML capabilities via APIs. • Experience with monitoring, drift detection, and retraining automation. • Proven ability to lead technically and train other engineers (not just individual contribution).
