Responsibilities

• You will lead the design, development, and deployment of sophisticated NLP models and applications, tackling complex challenges in areas such as sentiment analysis, text generation, machine translation, and conversational AI.
• Your responsibilities will include architecting robust machine learning pipelines, conducting research on state‑of‑the‑art NLP techniques, and mentoring a team of talented engineers.
• You will collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business requirements into effective AI‑driven features and products.

Requirements

• The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field, with a proven track record of delivering impactful NLP solutions.
• Extensive experience with Python, deep learning frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and NLP libraries (e.g., Hugging Face Transformers, spaCy, NLTK) is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of model training, evaluation, and deployment strategies is essential.
• You should possess excellent leadership, communication, and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to guide a technical team and present complex concepts to both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and MLOps practices is highly desirable.
