Lead Android Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Android Developer to join our growing team in Nagpur. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in building scalable, high-performance mobile applications and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities: • Design, develop, test, and maintain advanced Android applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, backend, and QA • Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code • Ensure performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications • Identify and fix bugs, performance bottlenecks, and memory leaks • Maintain code quality, organization, and automation • Stay updated with the latest Android trends, tools, and technologies • Integrate APIs, third-party libraries, and backend services • Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers

Required Skills & Qualifications: • 6–7 years of hands-on experience in Android application development • Strong knowledge of Kotlin and Java • Experience with Android SDK, Android Studio, and Gradle • Strong understanding of MVVM/MVP architecture • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and third-party integrations • Familiarity with Firebase, push notifications, and analytics • Experience with local databases like Room, SQLite • Knowledge of version control tools like Git • Experience with UI components, custom views, and material design • Understanding of performance tuning and memory optimization

Good to Have: • Experience with Jetpack Components • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Exposure to Flutter or cross-platform development • Experience in publishing apps on the Play Store • Agile/Scrum methodology experience
