Lead Data Engineer

Job Title: Lead Data Engineer Location: Infopark, Kochi (Work From Office) Experience: 4+ Years Notice Period: Immediate to 30 Days Preferred

Role Overview

We are looking for a Lead Data Engineer to design, build, and optimize scalable data pipelines and architectures. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in data engineering, cloud platforms, and BI tools, with the ability to translate business requirements into efficient data solutions.

Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, and maintain robust ETL/ELT pipelines • Build and optimize scalable data architectures and workflows • Work with large datasets to ensure data quality, integrity, and performance • Integrate data from multiple sources (APIs, databases, third-party systems) • Develop dashboards and reports using Superset / Power BI • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements • Ensure best practices in data governance, security, and compliance • Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently

Key Requirements • 4+ years of experience in Data Engineering • Strong hands-on experience in Python • Experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipeline development • Proficiency in BI tools such as Superset or Power BI • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure / AWS / GCP) • Good understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Good communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,700,000.00 per year
