Our dedicated Data Science team is pioneering innovations in pharma intelligence to enhance patient access to critical therapies. Utilizing cutting-edge technology and a commitment to continuous improvement, we extract actionable insights from a vast landscape of data that drive informed decision-making.

The Role:

• Design and implement AI systems that utilize advanced machine learning and large language models to address complex business challenges in pharma intelligence.
• Develop and maintain multi-agent systems and orchestration workflows for autonomous task execution.
• Optimize Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines, focusing on high-fidelity context retrieval and vector database management.
• Build robust APIs and microservices to ensure efficient AI feature delivery to end-users.
• Collaborate across teams to discover new opportunities for AI/ML applications in products and services.
• Conduct research on AI/ML methods and algorithms, delivering solutions as microservices.
• Implement testing frameworks to ensure the reliability and safety of model outputs.
• Stay updated on advancements in the field and share insights with the team.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML application development, ideally within regulated industries such as pharma or finance.
• A graduate degree in a related quantitative discipline or equivalent experience.
• Extensive expertise in NLP, Deep Learning, and Generative AI.
• Proficient with frameworks for LLM orchestration and APIs.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with data science libraries.
• Experience in scalable backend environments and knowledge of Docker and AWS/GCP.
• A proven track record of moving AI solutions from prototype to production.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to mentor junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the healthcare domain and applying AI in healthcare data.
• Familiar with vector databases and RAG patterns.
• Experience with document processing and Big Data tools.

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $170,000 to $215,000, based on various factors including experience and qualifications. In addition to base salary, a competitive benefits package and discretionary bonus opportunities are available.
