Lead Engineer -Building Management Systems

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or Electronics & Communication Engineering.

Experience

• 4–5 years of relevant experience in Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Experience working on global projects across Europe (UK, Sweden, Denmark, Data Centers), USA (East & West), and Australia.

Technical Skills

• Expertise in graphics development & Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including:
  • Chilled Water & Hot Water Systems
  • AHU, FCU, VAV, VRV
  • Unit Heaters (UH), Reheat (RH)
  • Fan systems, Electrical systems, Lighting controls, Sewage systems
  • Floor plans, equipment, HVAC systems
  • Lighting, Fire & Security systems
  • Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and network layouts
• Hands‑on experience with Schneider Electric software:
  • EcoStruxure Building Operation (EBO)
  • Project Configuration Tool (PCT)
  • Sigma, TAC Vista, Continuum
• Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Adobe PDF, and PDF XChange Viewer.

Project & Team Management

• Manage 8–10 projects simultaneously.
• Experience in resource planning, project planning, and customer communication.
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 15 members.
• Estimate new projects, migration projects, and ongoing site jobs related to graphics.
• Prepare project progress reports, delivery schedules, and timesheets.
• Conduct weekly customer review meetings to ensure timely delivery.

Quality, Training & Compliance

• Prepare and implement quality control, process, and training documents.
• Conduct technical and process training for team members.
• Participate in monthly audits, RACI audits, and quality performance review calls.

Notes

• Working Days: 6 Days & 9:30 am to 06:30 pm (1 & 3 Saturdays are off, 2 & 4 Saturdays are working)
