Lead Engineer – Claude AI

Must-Haves

• 5+ yrs software engineering; strong Python (APIs, backends, pipelines)
• 3+ yrs AI feature development; 1+ yr with LLMs in production
• Prompt engineering, RAG, vector DBs, LangChain/LangGraph
• Client-facing communication; can explain tech to non-tech stakeholders
• Self-directed, handles ambiguity, works across time zones
• Uses AI coding tools daily (Claude Code, Cursor, Copilot, etc.)

Nice to Have

• Agentic AI / autonomous systems
• CI/CD, Airflow, Jenkins
• Consulting/enterprise background
• NLP beyond LLMs; log analysis & observability
• Experience mentoring engineers
