About the role

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of engineers while providing hands-on technical leadership
Oversee engineering and operational support for Microsoft 365 services, Power BI, and SQL Server platforms
Act as a senior escalation point for complex technical issues and ensure platform governance and compliance

Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in enterprise collaboration, data, or productivity platforms
At least 2 years of experience in a leadership or technical lead role
Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 services, Power BI, and SQL Server
Familiarity with Azure concepts and cloud security principles

Preferred certifications include Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate: Office 365 and Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert: Cloud Platform and Infrastructure
