Description

We are seeking a Generative AI / Conversational AI Engineer to design and develop intelligent, agent‑based AI assistants capable of understanding natural language queries, performing data analysis, and delivering insights through visualizations and structured responses. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Generative AI, LLM‑based applications, conversational systems, and data analytics pipelines, with the ability to architect multi‑agent workflows that integrate natural language understanding, data processing, and visualization.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop agentic conversational AI systems that interpret natural language queries and perform advanced data analytics.
• Build multi‑node AI workflows using a supervisor pattern to orchestrate and route requests across specialized agents.
• Develop specialized AI agents, including:
  • Data Analysis Agent: Converts natural language questions into Pandas queries, executes them, and translates results into natural language responses.
  • Chat Agent: Leverages Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) to generate contextual responses.
  • Visualization Agent: Converts analytical outputs into Matplotlib charts and visualizations.
  • Formatting Agent: Transforms responses into structured Markdown output for web display.
• Implement conversation state management to track context and maintain conversation history for multi‑turn interactions.
• Build LLM‑powered chatbots capable of answering user questions using domain‑specific contextual knowledge.
• Implement document chunking, embeddings, and vector search indexing to support efficient RAG‑based retrieval.
• Develop and optimize prompt engineering strategies, including Corrective RAG / Self‑Reflective RAG, to ensure accurate and context‑grounded responses.
• Design and implement security safeguards to protect against prompt injection attacks and malicious inputs.
• Apply Generative AI models to text classification tasks, such as clustering and categorizing large volumes of user feedback into meaningful topic groups.
• Develop AI solutions that summarize user feedback and generate actionable insights for product improvements.
• Build conversational AI systems addressing privacy and compliance‑related queries, collaborating closely with legal and compliance teams.
• Implement constitutional AI principles to ensure responses comply with legal, ethical, and policy requirements.

Qualifications

• Strong programming skills in Python
• Experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs)
• Hands‑on experience with RAG architectures and vector search
• Experience with Pandas for data analysis
• Data visualization using Matplotlib
• Experience implementing multi‑agent AI workflows
• Knowledge of prompt engineering techniques
• Experience with conversation state management in chatbots
• Familiarity with prompt injection defense mechanisms
