React Native Full‑Stack Developer (Next.js, MongoDB)

Role Summary

We are looking for a React Native Full‑Stack Developer with strong experience in Next.js and MongoDB to design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile and web applications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working across the frontend, backend, and database layers, and collaborate closely with product, design, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

Frontend (Mobile & Web)

• Develop and maintain cross‑platform mobile applications using React Native. • Build server‑side rendered and responsive web applications using Next.js. • Implement reusable UI components and ensure high performance and responsiveness. • Work closely with UX/UI designers to translate designs into high‑quality code.

Backend

• Design and develop RESTful APIs using Node.js (Express/NestJS preferred). • Handle authentication, authorization, and secure API integrations. • Implement business logic and integrate third‑party services.

Database

• Design and manage MongoDB schemas, collections, and indexes. • Optimize database queries for performance and scalability. • Ensure data integrity and security best practices.

General

• Write clean, maintainable, and well‑documented code. • Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical improvements. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues. • Collaborate in Agile/Scrum environments and support release activities.

Required Skills

Must‑Have

• Strong hands‑on experience with React Native • Strong experience with Next.js and React.js • Backend development using Node.js • Experience with MongoDB • Strong knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript • Experience building and consuming REST APIs • Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile practices

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience with NestJS • Knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP • Experience with Redux / Context API • Exposure to GraphQL • Understanding of mobile app deployment (Play Store / App Store) • Experience with OAuth / SSO / authentication frameworks
